Every year on the last Saturday in September, the Haflinger filly auction traditionally takes place at the Fohlenhof Ebbs, where Tyrolean Haflinger breeders offer their foals from the 7 bloodlines, divided into breeding value classes, to an international audience. Every year on the last weekend in September, not only the ‘WHO is WHO’ of the Haflinger scene meets at the Fohlenhof in Ebbs, but also lovers, friends and patrons of the white-maned horse from the Tyrolean mountains.

Our SERVICE: Personal purchasing assistant on site
Are you interested in buying a foal, but unfortunately do not have the opportunity to attend the foal auction in person? For these buyers, the Haflinger Horse Breeding Association Tyrol is once again offering this service and will provide you with your personal buying assistant. Registration is possible until Thursday 26.09.2024 12.00 noon.
Booking this service for a one-off fee of EUR 50 includes a beacon with which your personal buying assistant will bid for you live in the arena on the foal(s) of your choice. A written agreement will be signed in advance with the Haflinger Horse Breeding Association authorising your personal sales assistant to bid on your behalf.
In addition, the morning after the foals arrive, the buyer will receive pictures of the foals of his choice as well as a video of the foal in motion sent to the specified mobile device. This service is included for 5 foals. For more foals, an additional fee will be charged at cost. The personal buyer's assistant will contact the buyer by telephone before the auction starts to discuss the situation again and then shortly before the foal of your choice enters the arena to bid on your behalf.
